First we helped people See Stress Differently.
Now, as part of their stress care journey, it became important to help people understand that resilience grows stronger when you have a support system. In 2020, as the world went into lockdown, stress levels around the world became higher than ever before.

As COVID hit the world, many people were separated from loved ones and their stress and anxieties became hidden in lockdown. We wanted to remind the world of all the people that fill their memories with happy moments and encourage them to keep checking in on them. It makes a difference.

To navigate filming restrictions, we gathered photos from our clients to move our audience through a visual story of those we love who may need a listening ear, a quick call, a simple check-in.

Keep Checking In

We asked our audience to keep checking in on their colleagues and loved ones to let them know they are not alone. With an emotive voiceover by actress Charlotte Riley, we created a film using real photographs of the family members of Cigna employees from past and present, reminding them that we will once again be together.

After the success of our film’s message, we expanded the campaign to include a webseries - ‘The Cigna Check In’. Each episode explored a topic of stress with a Cigna professional and an industry expert.

In this series we deep dive into insights regarding financial stress, feeling overwhelmed, and working in the new normal.
